When is the early bird registration deadline?
It depends on the conference series that you want to attend – please see registration form.

I registered, but have not received a confirmation.  How do I get another one sent to me?
You may email the conference coordinator, conferences@sdhospice.org or call 619-278-6314 and leave a voice mail with your name and a contact number.

Can I bring a spouse or guest to the program?
No. Your guest or spouse must register separately in order to attend.

I can no longer attend the conference, can I send a substitute?
Yes, however the substitute must pay any difference in registration rate based on membership status. Ex. If you are a member and they are not, the registration difference must be paid.  Please send the substitutes information in writing to the JCS coordinator.  If the substitution takes place on-site they must bring a letter on company letterhead verifying the substitution.

Can a registrant sign up for just one CME?
No, however you may sign up for a single day or 1/2 day for a discounted price. You will be registered for all classes that day but will only receive CME's in exchange for your completed evaluation for each lecture you attend.

Is breakfast and/or lunch included in the fee for the conference series?
Yes.  Each full weekend includes both breakfast and lunch to include snacks.  Each ½ day Thursday will include dinner and each ½ day Saturday will include breakfast.

How many CME credits are provided?
You will receive 1 CME credit for each lecture that you attend.  You must sign-in and turn in an evaluation in order to receive your certificate.

When will I receive my CME certificate?
Within 3 weeks of attending the conference.

What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is smart business casual.
